Printing from Your Own Device Using Mobility Print
To print on TAFE Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) using Mobility Print, your device must be connected to NMTAFE Wi-Fi.
Instructions for connecting to Wi-Fi can be found by clicking “How do I login to the Campus Wi-Fi?” at the bottom of this FAQ.

How to Print from Your Device
- Download the appropriate Mobility Print handout from the links at the bottom of this page.
- Follow the instructions provided.
- Note: Many devices may require additional software to enable Mobility Print.
Payment Information:
- Credit or debit card required.
- No tap-and-go options (e.g., Apple Pay).
- Cash not accepted.
- Minimum payment: $2.00.
- A receipt will be sent to your student email.
Printing Costs:
Black & White:
- A4: $0.20 (single-sided), $0.30 (double-sided)
- A3: $0.30 (single-sided), $0.50 (double-sided)
Colour:
- A4: $0.50 (single-sided), $0.70 (double-sided)
- A3: $0.70 (single-sided), $1.00 (double-sided)
All MFDs default to double-sided printing to encourage sustainability and reduce costs.
Scanning:
- Free of charge.
- Scans can be sent directly to your student or staff email.
Large-Scale Printing (Perth Campus Only):
Black & White:
- A2: $2.00
- A1: $2.50
- A0: $3.00
Colour:
- A2: $2.50
- A1: $3.00
- A0: $6.00
(Printing only—no scanning available for large-scale prints.)
